Dear Darren, Boyd, Laura, Tennille and Adam: I wanted to write and say how sorry I am about Gale's passing. She's been a dear friend all of my life and I'm going to miss her. I've got so many wonderful memories of growing up with Gale. I always enjoyed sleepovers at her house because she often let me try on her lovely dresses, and Arvil always teased me, and we had great breakfasts! I remember once when we decided to sleep outside, we watched the stars and talked about how fun it would be to travel in space. Then someone (probably Arvil) turned the hose on us and we were drenched! Please know that my prayers are with you at this time. Lonette Stoddard

Dear Darren, Boyd, Laura, Tennille, Adam and family, I would like to extend my sympathies and condolences at this time of the loss of your Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. Gale was a good dear friend in my childhood, and teenage years and I will miss her. We loved reminising of good times when we would get together for a visit when I would come home to Shelley and look her up after we had both been married with children of our own. I'll be forever indebted to Gale for teaching me how to ride a horse, milk a cow, drive the red farm jeep and throw a mean rotten potatoe from the combine. Lots of wonderful memories of my dear friend, to many to write upon this page. Please know that I loved her dearly and she was an inspirational friend and an example of perserverance to me. God be with each of you and comfort at this time of loss. With all of my Love and Prayers, JoLene Lancaster (Dredge)

Gale was my bodyguard in 1st grade and gave me piggy back rides. Even though I haven't seen her for quite some time, I will miss her. I always loved going over to her house growing up. Keep an eye out for us Gale! Love, Annette Hess Cowley

I am so sorry for your loss. My heart aches for all of you. I have so many memories of Gale--she was one of the "moms" of my growing up years. I can recall laughing with her, joking with her, crying to her, and probably complaining to her about life as a teenager...she always listened and showed her love. Laura, Boyd, Tenille and Adam, I don't even have words to express my sympathy, just know that I love your mom. With love, Melissa and family

I was shocked and saddened when I learned of Gale's passing. We became friends in 4th grade in Mrs. Lyon's class. I will always remember her laugh - she loved life! She will be missed.
