Robert James Galloway
8/25/1958 - 1/23/2010





Robert James Galloway, passed away January 23, 2010 at Pine Brooks Assisted Living Facility as a result of an extended battle with cancer. 


He was born August 25, 1958 at Eaton Maternity Home in Shelley, Idaho to Harold and Mona Beus Galloway.  He attended schools in Shelley and graduated from Shelley High School.


He lived his entire life in the Shelley/Idaho Falls area.  During his lifetime he worked for Pillsbury, Eagle Rock Sanitation, and Idaho Supreme.


Robert was very generous to those he considered his friends.


He is survived by his step-father Jay D. Galloway of Shelley, ID; three brothers, William H. Galloway (Holly) of Riverton WY; Steven K. Galloway (Rose) of Grouse Creek, UT; and Kim S. Galloway of Idaho Falls, ID; and three sisters, LaDell Barrus (Guy) of Basalt, ID; Rachel Riles of Shelley, ID; and Delma Chester of Idaho Falls, ID.


He was preceded in death by his father, Harold W. Galloway; mother Mona Beus Galloway and brother Tom B. Galloway. 


Private family grave side services will be held.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
