Beverley Joann Gallup

Beverley JoAnn Gallup, 72, of Shelley, passed away May 26, 2006 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

She was born November 15, 1933 at Onida South Dakota to Rolla W. Wilhelm and Ethel Mae Bowers. She moved with her family to Idaho in 1943. She attended school in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School where she played the drums in the band.

She married Russell Leon Gallup April 6, 1962 in Arco, Idaho he passed away February 13, 1995. She was a homemaker and was employed by Mountain Bell and also the R. T. French Company in Shelley.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She enjoyed reading and collecting dolls and snowmen.

She is survived by her children; Debra L. Gallup (Bob) Henderson, daughter, of Hawthorne, CA, Larry J. (Alexia) Henrie, son, of Orem, UT, Becky J. Henrie (Jerry) Rigdel, daughter, of Tickfaw, LA, Kevin C. Henrie, son, of Utah, Holly L. Henrie (Nick) Sievers, daughter, of Idaho Falls, Russell L. (Kelly) Gallup, son, of Jerome, Rea Lynn Gallup (Roy) Stewart, daughter, of Shelley and Scott A. (Lori) Gallup, son, of Shelley, and  two sisters; Lois Drewes and Audrey Keele both of Idaho Falls.   She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son Michael L. Gallup, 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 31st at 11:00 A.M. at the Shelley First Ward Chapel (184 North Park Ave) with Bishop Mark Nelson, conducting. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening 7:00 till 8:30 P.M. at Nalder Funeral Home (110 W. Oak) in Shelley and Wednesday morning 9:30 till 10:40 A.M. at the church. Interment will be at the Shelley Hillcrest Cemetery.
