Braeden Shae Mortensen was a sophomore at Shelley High School. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, where he was recently ordained a Priest.

He enjoyed sports and played football and basketball. He loved the outdoors enjoying camping, hunting, fishing and anything that would let him be in the mountains.
