Eric Steven Ockerman

Eric was born on May 22, 1976 to Steven V Ockerman and Eve Carolyn Jensen in Idaho Falls Idaho. He lived and attended school in Shelley Idaho.

He had many fond childhood memories growing up in Shelley. He loved camping and fishing with his dad and friends.

After high school he moved Salt Lake City Utah. He worked at a Senior Care Facility as a transportation specialist. He enjoyed working with the residents and loved hearing their stories. He had compassion and patience for the elderly.

Eric had a big kind heart but struggled with alcoholism for most of his life. He tried many times to conquer his addiction but the years of abuse caused damage to body and soul. Eric lost his battle on August 12, 2022.

His family takes great comfort knowing that he is now at peace and able to reunite with his dad.

His mother and sisters will like to invite family and friends to a delicious luncheon to share memories of Eric.

The luncheon will be held at his mothers home August 27, 2022 between 2:00 - 4:00 pm. 170 S Milton Ave Shelley Idaho.
