Margo Tschikof Dial

Margo Tschikof Dial, 71, of Shelley passed away peacefully Friday, January 13, 2012.  She was born March 5, 1940 in Kimball, Idaho, to Alfred George Tschikof and Lillian Jorgensen Tschikof.  She grew up in Firth, Idaho and graduated in 1958.  On May 1, 1959, she married her eternal companion, Donavon Earl Dial in the Idaho Falls Temple.  They enjoyed 52 years together.

She worked at Valley Bank, KeyBank, and Eastern Idaho Special Services Agency.  She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served in various church callings.  Margo enjoyed reading, painting, sewing, hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling.  However, her favorite hobby was her twelve grandchildren.

Margo is survived by her husband, Earl Dial of Shelley; three daughters, Jacquelyn (Tony) Searle of Elk Ridge, Utah, Tamara (Loraine) Driscoll of American Falls, Idaho, and Andra (Thayne) Driscoll of Shelley; twelve grandchildren; and two great- grandchildren; three sisters, Marlene Brighton, Evelyn Rainey, and Cindy Baker.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 19 at the Woodville Church, 1555 North 700 East with Bishop Gary Dial of the Shelley 10

Ward officiating.  The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Nalder Funeral Home in Shelley and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Thursday prior to the services at the church.  Burial will be in the Shelley Hillcrest Cemetery.
