Justin David Kindred, 38, of Idaho Falls, passed away on July 11, 2026, as the result of a traffic accident.
Justin was born on October 22, 1987, to Annette Zirges Kindred and Joseph Albert Kindred in Blackfoot.
As a child, he was known for his bright blue eyes and curly blonde hair. He developed a love for the outdoors at an early age and learned to fish as a young boy. Fishing became a lifelong passion that brought him peace, solace, and countless treasured memories.
Justin attended schools in Menan and Bonneville School District before earning his GED through Idaho State University. He had a strong work ethic, took pride in doing every job well, and was known for his craftsmanship and attention to detail. He believed in doing things the right way and worked hard to perfect his skills. He earned a living as a craftsman, his specialty was doors and windows.
Above all, Justin loved his family. He did his best to remain connected to those he loved, and his son, Talon Kindred, was his greatest source of pride and motivation.
Justin is survived by his son, Talon Kindred; his mother, Annette Fultz; his stepfather, J.D. Fultz; his sister, Kelly Kindred; his grandparents, Doug and Della Keeler; his aunts and uncles, Sandra (Gary) Pond, Jessica (Paul) Ziel, Aaron Keeler, and Tom (Hillary) Keeler; as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Albert Kindred; his sister, Valarie June Kindred; his grandfather, Al Kindred; and his grandmother, Betty Kindred.
A visitation will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 12:30 p.m at Nalder Funeral home in Shelley, with a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Moreland Cemetery in Moreland, Idaho.
Justin will be remembered for his quiet manner, his love of the outdoors, and the peace he found with a fishing rod in his hands. We find comfort in knowing that the peace he sought throughout his life is now his for eternity.
