Laura Delores Cleverley

Laura Delores Cleverley, 85, of Shelley, passed away November 8, 2009 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

She was born February 20, 1924 in Lincoln, Idaho to John Lyman and Laura Stanger Croft.  She attended schools in Idaho and Montana.

She married Raymond LeRoy Cleverley in Idaho.

Laura worked for R.T. French’s and later Pillsbury where she retired in 1989.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  She loved to read and put puzzles together.

She is survived by two sons, Stanley Jay Cleverley of Idaho Falls; Dennis John Cleverley of Thorndale, Texas; daughter in law, Dawn Cleverley of Idaho Falls; and a daughter she never had, Ada (Gary) Whitmore of Ashton; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, Danny Cleverley, two brothers and two sisters.

Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday November 12, 2009 at the Shelley Hillcrest Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Thursday from 11:30 till 12:45 P.M. at Nalder Funeral Home (110 West Oak) in Shelley.
