Sophie Jane Betzer: Our Sweetest Love
 
Our dear Sophie, a whirlwind of joy and love, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 5th, 2024.
 
Sophie was the light of our lives and very often, the meaning for it. She brought joy to every room she entered, and every room she dragged her family out of to go for a car ride. Sophie’s life was too brief, but contained enough love to fill generations. She loved to cuddle with her Mom (who she would occasionally share with her siblings), lay in the sunshine with her puppies, and go for long car rides with her Dad.
 
Sophie leaves behind her loving parents, Christina and Rick Betzer, her many adoring siblings, and countless family, friends, teachers, therapists and everyone else fortunate enough to cross her path.
 
To the moon, sweet Soph.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Nalder Funeral Home, 110 West Oak Street, in Shelley. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Shelley Hillcrest Cemetery.
